Privacy for QBOAssistant visitors

QBOAssistant publishes educational QuickBooks Online guidance and uses OnceHub to schedule help sessions. Information entered into the scheduler is handled by OnceHub and used to coordinate the requested session.

What this site collects

This site may collect standard technical information such as page requests, browser details, and analytics events when analytics is enabled. QBOAssistant does not ask visitors to enter accounting records, QuickBooks login details, bank details, or payment card information on this website.

Scheduling

Booking a session may require contact details and appointment preferences inside the embedded OnceHub scheduler. Do not include sensitive accounting data in scheduler notes.

Analytics

Analytics is only loaded when the production deployment is configured with a Google Analytics measurement ID. Analytics is used to understand site usage and improve QuickBooks Online help content.

Use the booking page to request a session. Board-supplied support email and phone values can be added to the deployment environment when available.
